    neulasta
I usually get mine the day after, but a couple of times I did get it the same day as chemo. It sure does make me achey :( But I guess it's better than counts dropping too low.

I gave my wife shots once a day on her last month of IV/IP chemo Cisplatin/taxol and Taxotere. These made her count dip way down and this stuff kept it up fairly good for the last month. She just had a recurrence about two months ago and went through WAR radiation.

    Either way
I had been under the impression that you had to wait a day to have the injection. Once, however, the timing was not going to work out fo rme due to a holiday. The nurse said I could receive it on the the same day. I inquired about my understanding that it was necessary to wait a day, and she gave me a copy of research that showed wtih ovarian cancer patients, it could be given the same day.
