Going to Madrid to see the Pope! then coming the same day on hi speed train . Rest of the weekend going to the beach!.

    Off to Mexico Again
    We're leaving for Arizona/Mexico again on Saturday. Hubby has one more crown that needs installed. The whole dental costs for two root canals and 4 crowns was a total of $1,600.00 in Mexico, we were given an estimate of $10,500.00 in Santa Cruz, CA, so we are enjoying the savings!!!! ($320.00 in fuel, no housing costs since staying at my Aunt's and we shared meal costs around $100.00) Plus I enjoyed being at my Aunt's where I did ceramics (going to pick up my finished products this weekend)and look forward to going back although this time we are returning home on Tuesday, so a short trip.
    Enjoy your trip to Madrid, Pepon and make sure to drink plenty of FLUIDS my friend!!!

    daughters 10th birthday at iceskating tomorrow
    Pretty busy weekend, party tomorrow and then big school mass Sunday.
    enjoy the pope, we saw him for the last world youth day here in sydney.

    Would love to see the Pope. It has to be such a spiritual inspiration and one that you will always remember. Wish you could throw me in your purse LOL. Have an awesome experience and please say a prayer for me. The closer you are to Holiness the better I'll feel that God's listening - he listens to us all the time I'm sure of that. Thanks!

    Looking forward to the weekend!
    Since last weekend was so yucky after my first treatment, I am SO looking forward to this weekend. I plan on some "unloopy" time with my family (no Ativan) and being able to attend all 3 hours of church. I love church!

    How cool that you get to see the Pope. That must be a very special experience.

    Totally excited about the upcoming weekend and week!! :)
    My husband and I are heading to the East Coast - New Brunswick and Nova Scotia - and then through the White Mountains of New Hampshire on the way home. We will be visiting lots of family!! This will be my first trip in a year; the first since we have been married . . . . . and I just finished chemo 25 on Thursday so I am really looking forward to hitting the road in the morning - should be about a 12 hour drive. (Yikes!! Must make sure we don't miss any of the bathroom stops on the highway!!!) I am taking my running shoes with me, can't imagine not having my walk every day. :) Unfortunately, I am leaving behind my juicer so that will have to be on hold for a week. All of the supplements are packed and ready to go. I am so excited!!!!

    I don't often post, but do read almsot everyday. Have a great weekend everybody . . . . . best wishes for great scans, treatments and appointments . . . . . and don't put off calling nurses and getting to those appointments.
