Stabbing Pain in Lung/Heart area

Anyone, I think I read in here a person who had similar symptoms. Pls help. I finished by 6th dose os cisto/taxol 8/3 and 8/7 the Dr. admitted me to the hospital with neutropenia (dangerously low wbc) even tho I was taking neuprogen shots to avoid this. We were able to bring up the wbc fairly quickly but by the time i got to he hospital, I felt like i was having a heart attack and very very labored breathing. I've had a CT scan that showed neg and another one specifically for a pulmonary embolism and it showed neg. The did an echocardiogram that was fine. Now they are at a loss. I don't want to sit here in the hospital (I can take pain med) at home and that's all they know to do for me. I believe someone else had this symptom and it was flulid on the lungs...which they did not find with me. Thank you for any help. I thought about finding another doc but they say i have the best.

I hope your pain is gone. I never had any lung or cardiac pain, but I wish you well and hope they find out why you are in pain....val

Maybe it is a gall bladder problem?
Since you were tested for pulmonary embolism & that was ruled out, maybe you should have an ultrasound of your gall bladder. My gall bladder attack felt like a heart attack--crushing chest pain! If you passed a stone, nothing will show up. It is just another possible explanation for chest pain.

    Pain in chest
I had pain in my chest area and thought I was having a heart attack. Called my primary doctor and they made an appointment right away for me to come in. I was changing my clothes to get ready and noticed a rash on my left breast. When I got to the doctor's office I told him about the rash also. Diagnosis...shingles. It was like all of a sudden. I couldn't believe it. Had to stop chemo treatments until it was cleared. One good thing was that it was caught early.

    MY EXPERIENCE. . .
... was actually low blood pressure. Hard to breath, felt like I was going to faint, slight chest pain. The chemo was lowering my already-low BP. Hope you feel better soon!
