I have appreciated all of the care,concern and advice that I have received here from all of my pink sisters and have been sorry that I did not find this site sooner in my journey. Sometimes I feel like since you all "get it" I have really taken advantage of you and unloaded. Today I want to say that this was a GREAT day, and I would like to share THAT with all of you instead of my usual whining.
Got out for a morning walk, cleaned house, did laundry, hung out with 20 month old JC while his mommy went to run errands, took a nap, went to mass where my daughter was included in a special blessing for expectant mommies and then out to eat...WHEW.. what a great day for a lady who just finished rads 4 weeks ago. AND I was not grumpy or overwhelmed by any of it, HALLELUJAH!!!
It is only fair that for once I come here in gratitude and thanksgiving for all that you have given me and share something good instead of negative cuz I have really felt like a whiner.

Hey girl we get it, cancer treatment is no walk in the park let alone the emotions that go on inside of us. Hallelujah, we can all appreciate a good day and you had one of those today. Tomorow may be different and that reallly doesnt matter because you and I and all of us need to unload the rough days and share the good ones as well. Hugs0 -

We love one another...we care, we get it....we share the good and the bad...no such thing as whining on this board....it's our safety zone where we can let it fly, knowing we are never judged, or looked upon as a whiner.....so don't make me come over there.....haha

It's wonderful to have a GOOD DAY. May you continue to have many more good days. It was a full day and you must be exhausted. I am sure you will have a good night's sleep.
Never think that you are a whiner. If you are having a bad day or fearful or whatever, never...never...never be intimidated into not posting. We are all here to give support to one another. I am sure that you too have given support to your sisters. It's a give and take board. We post the bad; we post the good; and we post the fun.

Great way to end my day!
Hi Jennifer, I am like you in that I found this site later in my journey (post treatment). However, I like to check in here at night before I go to bed when possible. Your post is so uplifting! It is a great way to end my day---thanks!
Also, please don't hesitate to whine, cry, unload, or ventilate on here either. When people do that, I usually find that they are feeling things I have felt before, or either giving me a new perspective on things...

Wishing more 'Good Days' for all .. it is a miracle that we can enjoy, and wrap our mind, body and soul around the fact .... that many many Good days awaiting us WARRIORS, after our journey and battle of breast cancer.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful day. You are not taking advantage of anyone. We share, we care, we whine, we cry, we laugh, we celebrate. It's nice to hear that this day was so great for you. And no you don't whine or complain too much. You do as much as you need to in order to get through the day. It's one of the reasons we are all here. We do so get it. Hoping you have many more of the happy, upbeat days but when you don't then come here and share the burden. It's much nicer when you have friends to help carry the load.
