Would you say a prayer for me please?

I go for my mammo and ultrasound tomorrow and I confess that I am scared. I know we all get scared before these darn tests, but, I know I would feel so much better with my pink sisters all praying for me.

They will give me the good or bad news after the tech has a chance to look at them.

I thought I have noticed a new lump, but, my surgeon said it is just scar tissue, so, we will see.

    I know the feeling very well Leeza. I just went thru this in May of this year. I was terrified too, but, my results were all good, as, I know yours will be too.

    So, feel all of us with you tomorrow and we will be waiting to hear that you are Dancing with NED!

    Also, if you feel you need something for anxiety, please call your oncologist and have him prescribe a nerve pill for you. It might take some of the edge off for you.

    My appointment isn't until
    My appointment isn't until the afternoon which I hate. Gives me most of the day to keep worrying, but, I couldn't get in any sooner. This was kind of a rush to just get me in for tomorrow. So, I really shouldn't complain about what time it is, I guess.

    Just nervous...

    Prayers for peace of mind and for good reesults. And I'm sure the pink bus will swing by. It makes quite an impression. It sure worked for me this morning. I've already got mushrooms on simmering but I'll make some shrimp dip too 'cause that's pink. We'll all be waiting to hear your good news.

    You had our prayers already sweetheart.. I know what you mean though. the last time I went to the Dr She though she felt something. She wanted to do a ultra sound that day!! So I stayed and got it done. As we drive a hour one way. Fortunately it was nothing Whew.. But My Dr's appointment was in the morning 8:am and they couldn't do the ultra sound until 3:pm. Very long day..
    Just know you are in my prayers always. Everything will be fine you'll see.. Take care Kay

    I'm 11 years out from mastectomy and Reconstruction and I have to admit, I'm more scared as time goes by. Almost like waiting for the other shoe to drop! I had my mammo and US 1 week ago and thought I'd have a panic attack but I lived thru it and passed with flying colors. Fear is OK but you can't let it overtake your life. Good luck! I hope everything turns out clear! HUGS!!! Cathy

    Prayers are with you my dear and I know the fear. I go Thursday for a check up and even that is already causing me anxiety.

    Praying Leeza that if it is anything, it is just scar tissue. It seems so many of us have that and it sure plays havoc with our minds.

    I'm looking forward to Skipper's shrimp did on the pink bus.
