Working out really helps me feel better - just want to send out some positive vibes

Hi everyone,

I am just out of my second round of TC and I actually feel better than I did after the first time. After the first treatment I was almost looking for side effects and worrying what might come. But as I got over the worst days (days 4-6 for me), I started working out every day and now I feel pretty great even though I am on day 3 of my second round. Of course everyone's situation with their health and their lives is different, but I encourage anyone who can to work out!

Just a shout out of positivism on a Friday afternoon!

Eva

I throughly agree with you about working out. I go to water aerobics, yoga, and the gym as much as I can. I feel so much better after a workout because I am doing it for me!

Yes... That's the ticket... It works!!!
Prior to my recent bilateral and while going through my first 3 rounds of Chemo, I went to yoga at least 5 days a week and continued to train my Personal Training Clients. It felt GREAT!!! Very positive effect. I encourage all that have the energy to get some form of exercise, even if it's a daily walk. It helps!!! A few more weeks of healing from my surgery, I'm back to a workout routine.

Thanks for the Post!!! You Go Girl!!!
