Hello Everyone!

I am so glad I found you ALL!

I was diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma (I refuse to capitalize anything relating to cancer)on April 19th.

I just finished my second chemo last Tuesday.

Thank you for all the great posts. They are making me laugh, cry, and answering many questions.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the PINK BUS!!!

    We are going to have our hands full with you I can tell. I too had stage 3 IDC and am glad you found us. We can be an entertaining bunch I must say...

    This place is a wonderful source of comfort, understanding, laughs and information. Sorry you have to be here, but you've found a very soft place to fall. Good luck with your treatments. Remember--be gentle with yourself and you're much stronger than you ever thought you could be!

    Welcome! Glad you're here, sorry you needed to be. These Ladies have helped me through SO much. Especially now, a year later, when everyone else in my life is 'tired' of talking about 'it'... I can come here and say or ask anything I need to. I SO need that sometimes.
    I was dx with idc 3/29/10.

    Great picture! I also had Stage 3 and finished treatments in Dec 2009. Doing fine.

    Hi Vigee :) Im glad you found us as well. Are you on facebook? We have a group on there, too. I'm under Heather Kaylor Grontkowski -if you'd like to be fb friends :) This site was a godsend for me last summer when I was diagnosed. Im glad you're finding answers and laughs from us!

    Must say I admire your pic. I sure didn't have the strength to smile for the camera as my son-in-law buzzed my hair (he was the only one of us who wouldn't cry while doing it).

    Hope your chemo is going smoothly and you are feeling "good", for chemo that is.

    I am so glad you found this site fairly early in your journey, I missed out on some valuable info and support by not getting here until chemo was almost done and I was about to start rads.
