Hey all,
Been out of touch for a while, but I was here everyday reading the post. I was not able to respond for some reason. I could read every post but could not log in.It appears I was banned for some unknown reason to me. I want to thank everyone that did respond to get me back on the site. You all know who you are just as I do. I posted this morning to a new member and it went thru fast as ever. Hope this last.
You know I will never feel the same about posting again and really a little gun shy about it all now. I will always feel as though I am walking on eggs with whatever I say. Its all because of one member that reported some of my post as offensive. I did find that out,but they would not tell me who because that is personal infomation. Thats so nice to be reported as offensive, but not tell you who thinks you are offensive or even what you said to offend them. Golly Gee!!!. You know that is my choice of words from my heart, right? The person could have let me know that what I said was offending to them at least. Now I am being watched like a hawk.Sorry to sound a little sour about all this when so many helped to solve this thing. Believe me I do APPRECIATE it. Like the saying goes, Just one bad apple.........!!
Well thanks again and we will see what happens from here on out. Hope I don't get reported for saying Golly Gee and removed again.LOL John

    Welcome back my friend!
I can understand you being gun shy, I would be too. You know if someone does not like what you say, why bother to read your posts? Seems like a simple soltuion to me, but who am I?

So Hot D**** I am glad you are back!

Take care, and don't be afraid to post.

Glad you're back- missed your posts
    John,

Good grief. I didn't know that someone reported you, I thought big brother at the sight itself read something they didn't like. Whatever.

If someone doesn't like what we say I would HOPE that they come directly to us, but I guess things don't always work like they should. Things are hard enough for all of us without that drama

Well enough of that. Just glad you are back with your great humor and all. :)

    Love ya,
    Donna

    Hi John,

I did see that your sweet wife posted last night, and it worked! Maybe the emails to csn helped. I hope so. It was wrong to block you from posting and I told them that. We/I need you, told them that too. Lets hope that it will be smooth sailing for you.
The time and energy and frustration dealing with the stuff has been hard for all, most of all you.
We are here to help each other during our struggles and our time of healing and beyond.
    Welcome back

    The Boat
    Sue,
If you do come to NC please bring the boat. You will need it with all this rain we have been getting. Every animal I saw today was running around in pairs. Wonder what that means? John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

    Hello
    Denise,
I was wondering where you have been. I was checking every time I got on the sight to see if you had written anything. Why have you been so sick? Is it due to Chemo or something else? I had a cold that was really getting me down for weeks. Never had anything like it before. It wasn't just the sneezing, but the stuffed up nose and conjestion that would not go away. After a while I was feeling weak from it. Its better now. Let us know what is happening.TAKE EXTRA CARE OF YOURSELF. We miss people when they do not post. John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

    Denise/sick
    Hi Denise,
I too was wondering how you were doing. I'm so sorry you have been sick. I hope you are doing better now. Your right...we shouldn't ever have to walk on eggshells. I can't think of anyone here that hasn't been given love and support and the thought that there might be a trouble maker in our group was very disturbing for me. Anyways..hopefully lessons have been learned and we won't have to go through this again. Please take care of yourself and don't stay away too long between postings, or your family here will worry about you.
    Take care dear...Love, Sue...(FNHL-2-3A-6/10)

Welcome back John! Don't know why anyone would take offense to anything you've written. Hopefully they have moved on to some other site to report random offenses. You keep up the good work in your own way. You did nothing to warrant that response!

    Being Back
    Rosie,
Thank you. Like you and so many of the others we could not find anything I said out of the way. Evidently someone did not agree.I like to throw some humor in the mix when I can. It would not matter if we had lymphoma or not. It is something everybody needs in this crazy world we live in today. Thats my opinion only now. Every time I write something now I go back and check to make sure it is still there. So far so good. Still feel funny posting though. I know I should just let it go,but having a hard time knowing I did nothing wrong that I know of. I am sure it will be okay, but still find myself checking anyway. Thanks again for posting to me. Glad you're back!
HI John - don't get on but about once every two weeks now but sure did get mad that you were taken off the posts! Can't begin to imagine who in the world would have taken offense at your great humor and down to earth way of expressing yourself - it certainly wasn't me! Welcome back and great to hear from you again!

I've finished my second chemo, Treanda and now have 11 months of CVP-R and that one behind me. We're on pins and needles to see what the PET scan next week (May 13) is going to show. My SUV # was 15 on the last scan 3 months ago, top of the scale for showing active cancer cells in my tumor. Praying and hoping hard that number will have gone way down, and the tumor has shrunk from it's now 5.9 cm size. Keep your fingers crossed for me too!

    Hey there
    Fran,
First of all I NEVER EVER even thought of you as a person that would ever do anything like that. You have been here as long as I have and never had any problems. You never even crossed my mind when this stuff was going down, except wondering how you were doing and felt I may never get to ask again. It was horrible and it took about a week, but I figured out who it was even though the person in charge called it Technical Problems. Never did a thing to them. They have more problems than just lymphoma.
Getting back to you,I have been wondering how things were going for you. Your diagnosis is pretty close to mine. I had the large tumors in my stomach as well. Luck had it that mine did shrink and I went into remission in October. Had another scan in March and all was still in remission. I am on pins and needles too waiting for those PET scan numbers. Even dropping a little would be good news.I have heard a lot of good things about the Treanda. The R-cvp did it for me the first time around.I have had my first Rituxan maintenance and that has knocked me down a little, but certainly nothing like the R-cvp did. It will really weaken the immune system. I had a cold that lasted 28 days that took a lot out of me. Keep away from anybody that may be sick with a cold.If you catch it you may be in trouble.
I will be waiting for those results as I am sure the rest of us will. Be thinking of you and always in my thoughts. John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

    Dear Fran,

I understand completely how hard it is for you to go online often.
I always look for your post to see how things are going.

I too, have heard good things about Treanda from a seminar way back.
I found out through this site, it is Benmustine. At the seminar they never
mentioned the work Treanda. One of the same.

You are always in my prayers. All my love and hugs from Maggie

Glad you are back. I never saw anything inappropriate on your postings. Must have been a mistake. Or someone doesn't have enough to do or think about except cause others grief. I always enjoy your postings. I love humor. It helps all of us. Laughter is the best medicine!!!
