Each state and province has a two letter postal abbreviation. In this teaser, you are required to place one abbreviation between the letters of a second abbreviation (so that they form the first and fourth letters) to get the word described.
Example - Arkansas (AR) + Connecticut (CT) C+AR+T =CART
