folfox express 12 i jumped off the train

hi all and especially for folfox express travelling mates.

no internet here so far where we are camping.
Am posting from mobile on top of smokey cape lighthouse at dawn.
Its pretty beautiful here.
Flew down to sydney to get folfoxed in the am and back in the pm.
Just made the return flight. My daughter came with me for the day.
The onc nurses at saint vincents do an amazing job. They really care.
I got a card from them that means alot to me. I gave them a sandwhich toaster for the staff kitchen. Theirs had been broken for months. Heavy duty pins and needles during infusion. Glad it was my last.

Back camping. I Have been walking canoeing and napping with 5fu bottle.
I looked a bit odd at the camp grounds with the bottle and lines going into the chemo port. Had a few bag leaks. But that life.

Got unhooked at port macquarie regional cancer hospital which an houts drive.
But i went via misty mountain cancer retreat which is 5 hours heavy duty 4wd. Misty mountain is a special healing place. I wish i had more time their and would like tp go back. But not in my buget.

So up 5am today and feeling great. No bottle. No more folfox i pray or chemo.
Just the future whatever that is.

I am walking from the lighouse to trial bay gaol which is our campsite on my own but hopefully in the company of a few of the walking posters
