I went to the Komen Race in Ft. Worth this morning and they had a 50-year survivor there.

    Yes it's possible
I am aware of someone living that long.My mom lived 60 years after her dx at 21.
    She was my inspiration.

AMAZING this lady is a 50 year survivor. There will be many living longer and longer.

My wish is a long life for all of us.

Thanks for posting this. I don't think I'll survive 50 years, tho, since I'm already 63, but who knows?

ALways love to hear about survivors!

Did anyone else catch Willard Scott on the Today show this past fall when he honored the 100th birthday of a woman who had been diagnosed at age 26? My husband said it gave me something to work for. Told him I'd never make it to be a 74-year survivor. lol He told me to work for the 100 year birthday. That I can do!
