I googled exophytic and it just refers to a cyst growing out of the kidnry which may or may not indicate RCC. Most of us on this board like myself are survivors of RCC (myself 8 and 1/2 years)and we stand ready to give you support. So far what is your diagnosis, size of mass or tumor and proposed treatment. With RCC the most common initial treatment which is a complete cure in many cases is surgery so do not dispair if you hear that word.
