Since I am now off chemo and can start back up on a supplement regime I am looking for some suggestions on what everyone would recommend. Thanks!

in a post about naturopath battles where I got conflicting advice from naturopaths.

ask me if you got any specific queries.

I hope your feeling better being off chemo. I think the vitamon d3 to prevent recurrence is at the top of my list and milk thistle for my liver. When I finish my chemo I will look into asprin as well.

Why do you take your Bs in the evening? I always take mine in the morning as I find they help my energy level.

With the hernia and obstructions I've had to stay away from uncooked veggies. I'll be so glad after surgery to be able to have salads and fresh raw vegetables again! Also, had to quit all my antioxidents while on chemo so I'll be glad to add those foods and suppliments back in. Woo hoo ... always looking for the positive things.

They are water solable and you will pee them out as soon as you go to the bathroom. Better to keep them in you while you sleep. Sounds odd since they supply energy but if you are on them daily you will get the benefit.

My dr took me off the full Strength aspirin. Too much for my liver. I may take a baby aspirin.
