My article on exercising through breast cancer was published!

Hey gang! I mentioned a while back that a swim magazine was interested in publishing an article I had written about exercising during breast cancer treatments. Anyway, the online version is up for everyone to see if you are interested. It's my first attempt at writing in a long time but I hope you enjoy it. Cheers! Pitt

    I"ll check it out...
    A local gym in my area gave all patients free membership for 6mths...I could be used during or after treatments-I never took advantage of it-I did go check out the gym-I thought good idea and gesture!

    You are giving so many women hope of a life, after cancer. I am so proud of you! Hoping that you continue on, sharing your cancer journey thru writing.


    I start a journal many many months ago, which parlayed into a book. Most recently, 2 books. 22 chapters and going !

    Congrats on this achievement. And there are so many women that want to exercise and don't know how so it is great that you have provided this information. What a great way to give back and pay it forward.

    Pitt I read the article. It is quite inspiring. You went thru treatment the same time I went thru treatment and I recall how physically worn you were from the chemo. Great job! Happy your are moving forward and enjoying life.

    And you look fabulous! Good for you for exercising and sticking with it through all your treatment and beyond.

    I needed to read this inspiring article today as I was getting very discouraged with the steriods and weight gain, and trying to exercise and feeling lousy. Thanks for the inspiration!

    I will read your article in a few minutes. I exercised during treatment too. I didn't do a lot but as much as I could. Docs wouldn't let me do water aerobics (my favorite) though. We have a star in our midst.
