I have never had a transfusion but if you are having any kind of chest pain you need to call your Dr or go to the ER Now. Do not put it off. Hopefully it is nothing but better safe then sorry. Please let us know how you are. Take care Kay

thanks Kay, called him the other day and he said the same thing. It is not as bad as before so thinking it is non cardiac, the iron I am taking is reaking havoc on the stomach and giving me indigestion so I think that is all that it is but will go if it gets worse...

Call your dr and tell him you are on your way to the ER.

You should go see your doctor, especially if you have chest pains.

You need to be seen by a doctor to rule out cardiac problems. It may be indigestion, or it may not. But you really should be checked out.

I've always been told that any chest pain needs to checked out to be sure it isn't cardiac. Better safe than sorry.
