My boyfriend has over 100 polyps in his intestines.

He has been pooping out blood for 2 years. He didnt want to go to the doctor, It recently got worse and we found out he has a lot of polyps in his intestines. I love him. Ive been with him for over 3 years, and we're only 20. Im scared I didnt know what else to do but come on here. I dont want to be too sad around him because he is going through it and im not. Im just so scared something serious is happening. and I dont know if hes going to be ok. He and I are so young and it hurts me to think he may not make it to 30, or deal with this for the rest of his life. We are susposed to get married in a year... I dont know, maybe im just freaking out. But I feel so ****.
