    No slaps
This is emotionally, physically, mentally draining position you are in....
Take a deep breathe, go scream into a pillow, cry in the shower....whatever feels good!!

    nope not in this house
sorry, if you want me to not allow you a "why me" moment, it's not happening. it's normal, it's ok, and if you didn't have them occasionally, that would worry me.

That said, do what you gotta do to relieve the funk - cry, scream, eat a gallon of hagen-daas, get as massage, have a spa day, get a voodoo doll and fill it full of stick pins, use a hammer on a 2x4 and a box of nails.

And after, take a big breath, breathe out slowly, and remind yourself that you're an awesome human being, a kick a$$ caregiver and all is now right with the world.

(pssssst - had a really bad past few days so I know just how you feel. Take care of YOU sometimes, you are the only one that will :))

Girl, you live in reality every day!

I say "escape from reality", even if just for a few moments.

I know it is hard to get your mind to focus on anything but get away to a movie theater or something that takes your mind away for a few minutes.

Slaps - nope. Not doing it.

A big old mommy-type hug - all day long.

    Bunches of hugs to you!

    Slap!
Slap only if you slap me first! I will say that is what we all do slap ourself. We are still living and need to remember that. It is cold hard fact. So do like I do run and get a debbie cake and hide while I eat it. Works for me most of the time. The other times we should get together and slap each other till we laugh.
    Peace be with you friend
