Got my bloodtest results after 5th chemo-awaiting CA125 results later today

Friends,

Well, I got my bloodwork results back for the nadir blood test two weeks following my 5th chemo. I am awaitin the CA125 test results, as I went in a day late for my test, and that test is run on only Tuesdays and Fridays apparently.

Anway here are the counts:

WBC 1.1
Neutrohils .7
Hemaglobin 9.0
Platelets 138,000

I had the bloodwork done on Wednesday so I hope that my neutrophils are going up each day. I go again on Tuesday, Nov 2nd, for another bloodtest, see my oncologist, and receive chemo if counts allow. My oncologist will allow chemo is neutrophils are 1.0


Please send positive thoughts my way for healthy white cell increases and hopefully a good CA125 number.

    I think you have a remarkable energy and attitude as well!

    And I got the 6th chemo this week (as from my other posting thread). Counts still low though, so I am remaining a hermit for a while longer. :)
