According to email from C3: "A September 2nd update from FDA cites manufacturing delays at Bedford Laboratories and Teva Pharmaceuticals for leucovorin shortages."......FDA warns of "a possibility for dosing errors in substituting Fusilev for leucovorin" due to dosage of injection being different than dose of other companies' Don't know who's cancer centers might ,if any, be affected.......steve

When John (JR) was on FOLFOX
When John (JR) was on FOLFOX we heard that there had been a shotage of Leucovorin. I really don't understand the shortage of this drug. Teva Pharm. is a huge company. It is upsetting for those who need this drug.Paula

    Supply and Demand?
Reduce the supply, demand increases (as if there weren't a demand to begin with), release supply at greater cost and greater profit? Have no explanation why there should EVER be a shortage for ANY life-saving medications.Every now and then I read of potential shortages of isotopes or whatever is used for diagnostic imaging scans.....steve

    I am not sure
I am not sure if we have this shortage here in Canada, no one at my cancer centre has mentioned it.
