I had a lumpectomy and got an infection in my breast. It took about two weeks and antibiotics but it cleared up. I haven't had any problems since then.

    Also had lumpectomy and then
Also had lumpectomy and then 2nd surgery to remove more lymph nodes. After 2nd surgery i developed a roaring, nasty infection which almost put me in the hospital. We caught it just in time but I was on antibiotics for 8 months while undergoing treatment. i was on chemo and my white counts were low. many gals have developed infections after chemo and they seem to get over it much quicker.
