Hi guy's, weekly blood work today, I'm feeling horrible like usual at this time, I'm a little nervous about my red cells, I just do not want to turn anemic, bad enough my white counts are always below one! Having trouble breathing and getting dizzy, which are all signs off low red blood counts..... hey what can you do except keep plugging along....... Vinny

Vinny,Hope things turn around. Rest, don't exert yourself, these are the biggest fights we are put up against and we will WIN. Keep pushing through. DAVE

Resting easy

Hi Vinny,
Sorry to hear that your counts are so low. The best thing to do is rest rest rest. I am sure that you are already. Keep your positive attitude, and when your strength returns how about making a yummy dessert.....
