    Thank you all for your birthday wishes!!!
    We just got back from Germany. The weather was rainy off and on, but we still got to see the wine country...pics to follow!

    This morning, at breakfast, I said something to Hans about being nice to me on my birthday, and the gal who was serving us got VERY excited and wished me happy birthday in German!!! (I didn't tell her that I already knew how it was from my friend, chen!!!).

    The trip back was a bit of a strain...it rained sooooo hard! BUT, in between, because it was the Autobahn, and there is no speed limit in some places, I drove 175 KM/hr...about 110 MPH!!!
    And still I was getting passed by Volkswagons and Audis and Mercedes...those Germans sure can drive!!!!!

    So we are back home, and tomorrow is laundry and cleaning up. But for today, it's my relax day, we even went to a natural spa in the river valley we stayed in. The valley was so steep, we didn't even have Internet available!!!
