Horoscopes! Entertaining, but rarely accurate, until today...

I am not a believer in psychic things, including horoscopes. If you are a believer, I am also fine with that! Today, however, the horoscope called my name, and I was urged ( by Siobhan!) to share it here on the boards! So I am .

Many of you know that I am a long time member of this CSN family~ since April of 2003 and that last month, after a long, slow, sweet dance with NED, he was spirited away unexpectedly by his Evil Twin who was masquerading as a gallbladder which needed surgery. So, I am now fighting a recurrance, and I have a lab draw in 10 days and I see the onco doc again in 14. Thus the horoscope, and I now quote:

"I want to see your willpower surge and throb and carry you to a ringing triumph in the next two weeks,Virgo. I hope to be cheering you on as you complete a plucky effort to overcome some long-standing obstacle...as you put the finishing touches on an epic struggle to defeat a seemingly intractable foe...as you rise up with Herculean flourish and put the stamp of your uniqueness on a success that will last a long, long time."

Ok Kindred Spirits! Does this horoscope not have my name all over it!? Is a 50' woman not capable of a Herculean flourish???? I hear a resounding HURRAH!!!!

I hope you like the sentiment in this as much as I did...it's a keeper, don't you think?

    You are right! I didn't think about cutting it out of the paper and putting it on my fridge~ but I am going to do that TONIGHT! I might even laminate it! LOL

    Anything that helps is a keeper. So, yeah, I'd keep it. And laminate it so it lasts longer. Or type it in your computer and put some graphics with it (like your 50' woman picture) and print it out.

    about psychic stuff but when it fits go with it!!!! That one rocks BIG time, just like you dear Chen!!!!

    I believe when our higher power wants us to get a message..
    it uses any means possible to get through to us. What a fun way to do it. That's about the best horoscope I have ever read. Yea!

    This particular horoscope was in one of our local magazines, the Santa Barbara Independent..I don't always remember to pick it up, and actually Siobhan got it yesterday and was reading all of our horoscopes to us. Mine was definitely the BEST! LOL

    I feel the same way you do about horoscopes in general, but I also believe that there is a higher power that sometimes puts us where we need to be to find a message just for us, and this one is definitely for you!!
