It really does end!

Glad to hear both of you are hanging in there. Ooooeee I can really remember the tired. There were times at work that I would sit in my car for a break and then wonder how I was going to get back in. I slept a lot and think I probably helped myself out by doing so. I never had any open sores in my mouth but it was really, really tender. Most of the time it brought tears to my eyes. It would just start to get better about the time I had to return for another treatment. So much of the process was just problem solving as you go along. By treatment 3 or so you become a pro. It really does end and your stamina returns gradually as does your taste etc. Keep up the good work and nap, nap, nap + water, water, water!! Mary

    Otherside
You WILL get to the other side of this and everything we all take for granted will be so special. It will be a year July 6th since I had chemo and I feel so blessed. Take care and as Mary says, REST.
