    As much of a blow as a bi-lateral is, it's good for the awful waiting to be over, eh? On with the healing, on with the fight! Please keep us informed about your progress!

    let your body talk
    Please do not try to overdo it. Let your body tell you when to slow down. I had the same thing in April and people had to keep reminding me that it is major surgery and you really do have to take it easy. If I tried to do too much I could really tell it.
