Update on dad

Thank you to everyone for all the prayers and well wishes. This morning they finally operated on my dad to take out the stent and put in the j-tube. The surgery went well and now that he can get some nutrition and the pain should be gone he should be back on the road to recovery and treatment after he regains his strength.

    Great news about your dad's surgery!!! Prayers coming his way that the additional nutrition improves his physical and mental well being and gives him all the strength he needs to get back on the road to recovery.

    great news! I was thinking---that I wish there was one of those texting acronyms---that fit some of these triumphs we have here on this site...somehow---"great or awesome news" just doesn't really cut it! I will have to brainstorm something clever---so far all I have is TGFGN--thank God for good news!
