Today I choose to live without fear. I am a strong and willful person. No matter the situations that arise around me I will stay centered in knowing that my body can fight ANYTHING. Amen.

    Today is a new day
    I choose today to love my body. To believe in my body's ability to heal. When I get a cut on my finger I do not worry that it will not heal my body takes over. Today I believe my body is fighting to get me healthy. Believe it.

    I will tell you that I am not always this positive. There have been many times along the way where I have said to my husband..please pray for me becasue I have lost my ability to pray today. I am feeling great right now but if anyone needs a prayer just say the word and I will say it for you. I know how you feel. I do know that our bodys can heal and it is soooo very important for you to remember that it is still the body that you have depended on for all this time. It has an illness but it has been ill before and recovered. You can recover. You CAN heal. My thoughts are with you every day. We are a sisterhood like no other and only WE can know how this feels.

    I have ridden dressage for about 30 yrs. A lady pays me to train/ride her Rocky Mountain horses. I have my own too. I hope you all are feeling well today. Don't forget that one of the most important things in your healing is your body. That body can only be as well as the mind and the spirit allow. What you put into your body is key. Get on a good cancer remission diet. Lots of fruits and veggies and water. Your body will thank you mine did!!!! NO sugar!!! Cancer loves sugar. Fear out attitude in. Thinking of you!
