new, melanoma, help

I have metastic melanoma on lung, liver, rectal, bone and limbs. Could anyone tell me some other options of chemo if no benefit otained from standard DTIC.

check these websites to see if there are any clinical trials you may be a candidate for

RO5185426 / PLX4032

Go to clinicaltrails.gov and look up RO5185426 (it used to be called PLX4032). My wife started it last week and it has a real promising future. Below are links to a series of articles about it from last week's NY Times:
