Hi,

with all the new people on here, I thought I throw this out there in
case someone is interested. This tool really helped me, the writing
down of feelings and fears is a great way to realize what's going on,
and also I used this to update everyone in my life. You have your
own site.

So if you are interested check out this site:

Start writing, it's very therapeutic =)

Ayse, I agree its very therapeutic to express your feelings, fears and emotions. I started a journal recently just more for myself than anyone else. It just takes a few minutes a day and I just write down how my day is going, how I'm coping, etc. Looking forward to the day I can write in that I'm celebrating because I kicked BC in the butt and won the battle.

I started writing down my feelings as soon as the radiologist told me that my tumor was most likely cancer. I find it very very therapuedic. It helps me vent and also reminds me of what doctors said and how I felt that day.

I really like this because it is very simple
to set up. And I love that my family can sign
up to get updates.
