Sorry I have not been on in a while. I'm now in my 2nd week of treatment. The treatment isn't so bad but the port is painful and the marrow shot's are very painful. (not the shot the effects). Ouy!
I see people up there that have it so much worse that it just brakes my heart for them and I end up feeling like a jerk cause I'm whining about a port or some sore joints.
I had found a list on here for abbreviations for cancer talk (meds & blood work) and now that i need it I can't find it. Any ideas where I can down load that?
I pray a restful night for all of you.
Good to be back.

Go to the Colon Club discussion board. There is a post on there. I would post a link like Diane does but I don't know how to do it, can just direct you to where it is. Tina

I hear what you're saying about seeing other people that are worse off, but don't let that stop you from trying to feel better. The week I get the marrow shot for low white blood count my Onc told me to take Claritin. Yah the allergy med, it seems to work for me. Talk to your Onc about it.

Hoping you feel better.

the port should not be painful, annoying yes, but not painful. Don't feel bad about complaining about chemo, we all know it is tough and not for wimps. Keep your chin up, you can do this!
