GATCF has defined specific insurance, financial and medical criteria that must be met for you to be eligible for assistance:

You must be uninsured or your insurance must have denied your Avastin treatment†
Your annual household adjusted gross income must be $100,000 or less
You must meet specific medical criteria as determined by our clinical advisory board
