Is someone looking into this problem for us?

    I don't know if this has been fixed but has been working for me this morning.
    This is the email I got from Greta yesterday:

    It's you...
    When a member emails a question to me, I reply via email. I don't post a reply to email on discussion boards.

    For the record, I haven't had problems posting to the boards as others have. If anyone is continuing to experience a problem, please report it to me via the "Contact CSN" link in the top right corner of this page. It's an email (to which I will reply via email.) ;-)

    I've been told that the new chat is nearly ready to be tested on our dev site. Hope all goes well so we can get put it into production soon!
