Ishy, I am sure Buzzard will be able to help you, but I also wanted to tell you about an alternate chat room that many of us use when the csn chat room isn't working.

Go to mywbs.com, click on 'chat rooms' then 'private rooms', then select 'that chat'.  You can sign in as a guest and let us know who you are, or you can register with a screen name.  Hope to see you there!
