Your need for support, I can say, did not pass along with Sean. In some ways it may be increased over the days, weeks, and months to come. There continue to be a number of 'surviving caregivers' on this site, along with the folks you thanked, who will certainly be available for you if you feel the need.

I don't have the words to say to you. I am so incredibly sorry for your lost. I know what a loving person you were and how hard you fought this battle alongside Sean. It's one of the worse days any one us can imagine having to go through as a caregiver. Your strength inspired me as we both were dealing with husbands with unusual cancers.

Hang in there, and cherish those memories you have of Sean.

I sincerely wish you an immeasurable abundance of God's grace in the coming days and weeks. Hello Sonya: I read your messages from the past and my hearrt aches for you so much so that I wrote this poem and I hope it gives you some comfort.

I know that you loved Sean very, very much and took very good care of him from your posts here and on the CRC board. Please try to take care of yourself during this very sad and difficult time.
