Fallopian Tube Cancer

I have stage IV fallopian tube cancer. Does anyone have this type of cancer. I had surgery in April and doctor got all cancer out but my CA125 keeps going down slow and has also now gone up from 833 to 1033. I will start round 5 in one week. Will see doctor in 3 days they think I probably have an respatory infection.
