Heading to Billings today

Just want to ask you all to keep me in your prayers tomorrow. I am heading to Billings with my Hubbie (long drive) so we are spending the night. I have 3 appointments during the day all at different buildings. first..breast specialist for Mamo/ultra sound/ MRI....second radiologist oncologist.....and last with the lymphedemia specialist. It will be a long and trying day. Then we will head back home since I have a Herceptin treatment in the A.M. 45 min away from home. I will be taking you all with me for good luck. And will post when I get back.. if I don't make it in time I want to say CONGRATULATIONS MOOPY !! for finishing rads!!

    Of course - my heartfelt hopes will accompany you all day tomorrow. Whew - yeah, sounds like a tiring schedule. Yet, good to make the most of the day and the long trip back and forth. Nice that your hubby will be along... :-)

    Wow that sounds like a long day, but good in a way that you can get it all done in one day. Especially since you live so far from where you have to go. I hope it all goes well. I will keep you in my thoughts.

    I hear that monster drink really works. Maybe you should consider taking some with you to get through a day like that! They would be wheeling me around on a gurney so I could nap in between!!

    Jackie, I am worn out just listening to the day. But on the other hand, then it is all done and finished and not taking days and days. Just rest as much as you can between and hoping everything goes smoothly and well.

    Hey!
    I thought Moopy and I brought you up to St. Louis with us in June! Now you've taken off for Billings. Actually, Moopster and I have been to Billings - in May 1990. We took a friend's car out to Seattle for her from Missouri. I knew if we were still a couple by the time we made it back home, Moopy was doomed to become my wife.

    Hey, Jackie, thinking of you today as your marathon appts begin. I think I'd hitch a ride with Pammy. She no doubt has some really cute orderlies guiding her around!

    Seriously, sneak in as much rest as you can today, and be sure to eat something, whatever your docs. said you could have.

    Sorry this is late! But, I am wishing you and Bob a safe trip and the best results with your tests. You will certainly have a full day, but, I am sure it will be a relief to have them done, over with and to celebrate the good results!
