LOL!

Last night my beau and I went to a friend's house for a visit on our bikes. Now, to set the stage, my bike was Hans' mother's bike, and the light was just as old...

We all had a glass of wine, and sat by the fire outside in the garden. Well, it got to be 11pm, and just had gotten dark. So, we set off for home, me in front, since Hans' light didn't work at ALL...

Long story short, my balance was a bit off, and I fell over into the bushes, in the dark, by a field with cows...I'll leave the rest to your imagination, but, let it be said that when I did arrive home, I needed a shower!!!!!! ROFLMAO!!!!

Disney called this morning, and are interested in erecting a theme/memorial park at the site in honor of my bike 'accident'....we are in negotiation...

    Please elucidate about the memorial. This must be something that happened before I "knew" you. Sorry about the cow pies. Now, our dogs think of them as eau de cologne. :)

    Wow Kathi~ at first I thought you meant you knew for sure that Neverland was going to re-open to the public ala Graceland! I am glad it was "only" you...is your new screenname CowPatty??? I do hope the only thing wounded was your pride....

    A theme park based on cows...I can see it now...cow patties, moo pies, milk shakes has to be chocolate...hoof rides, jump over the moon ride, when cows fly ride...only serve chicken.

    Sounds more like a ride for Dollywood than Disneyland. Isn't it wonderful that we are still her to expierience end overs on our bicycles.....!!!! So are there pictures...:-D Glad you are okay, glad to know I am not the only ones who has these little mishaps.

    I, like Claudia, saw the post and thought you were talking about Neverland, maybe because it is so close to us here.
    Hope you are OK, I thought I was the only one who did stunts like that. You got me beat, except maybe when I hit myself in the head with the shovel.....hubby got to see that one and he said it sounded like the cartoon "bonnnng" when it hit. Felt like it too.
    Be more careful! Sounds like you are having a great time over there.

    Well ... I guess I'll stay off the bicycle (not that I even own a bicycle) ... and I'll forget about using a shovel to dig in the garden. Sounds w-a-y tooooo dangerous. But ... I guess I'm still stuck with my problem of hitting my head when I get in the car. I can't tell you how many times I've done that. You'd think I'd know to duck ... but somehow I keep forgetting. Yikes ... maybe my chemo brain isn't as bad as I thought ... it could be brain damage from hitting my head so often. YIKES! I might never have a functioning brain again. OH ... and then I can start worrying about alzheimers ...

    And then ... it might be ... oh ... what was talking about ????

    Considering the time difference between Europe and the Midwest/USA...

    As you were falling off your bike into the cow patties (yuck!), I believe I was tumbling down my front porch (concrete) stairs before finally landing on the (concrete) sidewalk. Completely lost my balance while attempting to water the flower boxes on the windowsills.

    Sheesh.

    Okay... Kathy and Susan...
    Okay... Kathi and Susan... what are we to do with the two of you???

    One rolls in cow patties... and the other tries to kiss the sidewalk... I am hoping that it was only your pride that was a little bruised and nothing else...

    We are going to have to start seriously thinking about body armour for the two of you!!
