I've been craving lots of foods right.. who does not? with this diet!!
I was craving Chicken Kitchen an this how I got as closed as I could and still being faithful to the diet
Mexican Chop Chop
Yellow Rice, Lettuce, tomatoes, Guacamole, chicken, Sour Cream and cheese of course were avoided.
Lettuce and tomatoes you can find at your local grocery stores, so far we are good.
Yellow Rice you need:
2 cups of rice
The seasonings you can add less or more depending on how do you like it ;-)
Let everything go to a boil and then cook in a low heat until water is all absorbed.
For the chicken, just seasoned to taste and fried it. I used thighs, but it is preferable chicken breast since that is what they used. But with thighs I just cut the meat in pieces after I fried them.
When rice is fluffy, serve the rice in a bowl style plate and then on top you can add the fresh lettuce, tomatoes,guacamole, the chicken and Bon Apetit!! It was really good!! at least for me lol
I really enjoyed it.. full of flavor and very similar in flavor to the Chicken Kitchen Mexican Chop Chop!
