    Laryngeal Cancer
    Dear SpillerCJ:

Please consider posting on the Head and Neck board. There is an active thread on laryngeal ca. Some very helpful people post there and will be glad to be of assistance.

I had squamous cell carcinoma in the hypopharynx (just above the voice box). Had surgery, chemo. and radiation. Not a picnic but not too bad either; very doable. The cummulative effects of the radiation were probably the most trouble for me. Not much pain but very tired for weeks after completing treatment. Watched old movies and got better. Feel free to ask whatever questions you have. Rich
