Good Afternoon Ladies,

My sister had her surgery this morning at 7:30. When they said she was in recovery after less than an hour I knew that it all went well. Praise the Lord that the doctor said everything looked good. Of course we will have the path report, but considering she has the BRAC2 mutation like me, I am just thankful she has everything out now. Karen is 4 years younger than me.

Thanks for the prayers.

Love,
Libby

What a brave decision! A GOOD decision.
When I think of people that already have cancer, but procrastinate getting needed treatments because of fear of the surgery or the chemo side effects, I have to admire those that are bravely proactive. Please let her know that she is admired, and that even strangers have her in their prayers.

    Glad to hear from you
Glad that your sister's surgery is over. I would have done the same thing providing I could find a doctor to perform the surgery in this day and time. Great news. Praises to ✞

    Thanks all
Thanks so much for the words of encourage. She came home yesterday as I went in for an outpatient procedure. Scope up the ureter. What fun, glad I was out!

Have a wonderful day today, ladies.
