After debulking surgery and one treatment of taxol and carbo my CA-125 measured 10. Down from 35 pre surgery after 4 treatments of chemicals. My neuropathy is much better after startine the B-6 and doubling my anti-depressant dose. My feet have completely stopped the burning in four days. I took my second treatment yesterday and did have hives this morning but benedryl is taking care of that. They will pre-medicate me with larger doses before the next chemo treatment. Hope that works because this combo seems to really work on me and is worth all of the side effects! Just had to share the good news. :-)

Saundra, that is wonderful news!! Now just stay on top of the allergic reaction, sounds like from Carbo to me. You probably need more steriods and benedryl.

Great news about your CA-125. I'm going to ask my doctor about the B-6, as my neuropathy seems to be getting worse.
