Lotsa tech troubles with this site Jose; it's really frustrating to spend time and effort on a reply to a post, and then be unable to complete it..four attempts to send after preview unsuccessful... Bud

    Hi Bud darlin,

    I sent you an email but also wanted others to know that CSN is upgrading their hardware and software so it is better for us all.

    It is a huge project and those of you familiar with hardware, software and search engines etc, know how big it is to make it all completely transparent to the users. Most of the time it is not reasonable to think it can be totally transparent but what you can do is learn the tricks to circumvent the problems as you migrate.
    I have found that when one of my messages disappears on my computer screen it is from 1 of 2 reasons; cockpit problems with my lack of dexterity on the ole keyboard OR it is CSN and their internal software issues. I have had problems lately too but when I first know my message has "disappeared" I immediately hit the go back green icon on my tool list. It works for the messages that I know I did not hit a "killer key".

    Hugs honey and more later, but do try the back green arrow first and hopefully you won't have to retype it all (like I've never had to do that..right)
