Hello. I hope all is well with everyone. My mother is battling advanced stage vaginal cancer. It has spread to her lungs and liver. Her days are numbered now. I was wondering if anyone has used the Essiac Tea treatment for cancer. If so, how was your experience? Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you for listening.

Love and Light,

Cindy

HI Cindy, I was told to start it straight-away after chemo...and I did. I used a liquid - a tincture of the herbs - mixed with heated water. Why don't you Google it for more info. To me, the bottom line is that it is not harmful to the body and could be really helpful. As I write this, I truly think I'll start on it again. Thanks for the reminder and i hope this at least tells you that it isn't crazy; the literature about it is good and we use many nutritional methods to fight cancer. All the best - Maura

    Hi Cindy,

I drank essaic tea along with eating an all natural/organic diet and several other supplements recommended by my Naturopathic Doctor for a year. I also bought the powder form and followed the directions (you can get it at health food stores). I drank 2 ounces 3 times a day (on an empty stomach). Be careful of counterfeits!!!!!!! Mine is made by Essaic Canada International.

It is a great detoxing agent as well as boosting your immune system.

    hi cindy,

I, too, used Essiac Tea as part of my alternative medicine cancer healing protocol. I never did any chemo for my Stage 3 colon cancer. Essiac does come highly recommended in literature. But scouty is right, beware of counterfeits. I got mine from my Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner.

    Sorry about your mother.

    peace, emily
