No Erbitux = no Erbirash, right? Tomorrow is my last chemotherapy infusion for a while. I'll have an eight week break and then have to start chemotherapy again in June (although I have heard about a new drug called Panitumumab that acts the same way as Erbitux but does not cause a rash that is as intense). So, does anyone know how long it takes the Erbirash to subside? With an eight week break will there be at least a few weeks that I will look like a normal person again?

    Hi!
My boyfriend only gets erbitux every 3 weeks and by the end of the 3 weeks the rash is practically gone. Best of luck!!!

    Yay! Yay! Yay! Yay!

Last chemo! Even for 'awhile' is celebration time! I didn't have Erbitux, but my symptoms from my copious list of chemo's didn't last much longer than 2 weeks.

    Hugs,

    Hi Rodney,
I don't know much about the rash but I bet you'll enjoy the break..I am always thinking of you since we both started with the same amount of lesions in our livers....Hugs to you...Audrey
