Hi Everyone,

Well I'm joining the juicing world my Champion arrived yesterday. If someone had told me five years ago I would be juicing my veggies I would have said they were Nuts...
But after reading all the benefits of juicing I decided it was time to join The Emily Juice Club. So if anyone has some good recipes I would love to try them.

Cheers,
Baby Lisa

    YOU GO GIRL!!!!

Ok, I promise when I get back from x-country skiing I will post a whole cornucopia of juicing recipes from my Juicing For Health book taken from the Cancer chapter.

That is sooooooo cool!!! I am so very proud of you. You will not regret this!!

In April I will be putting on my very first Juicing Workshop at my local coop. I am nervous about it cuz I don't like speaking in front of people like that. I'll just have to get them all juiced! (SB spike the juice!!)

    CHEERS!!

peace, emily who wears her orange color with a smile!

    Hi Lisa,

I should be getting my Green Star Juicer on Monday. Can't wait. Maybe we can get 2behealed to post the recipes on her website so all can see? I am sure she has tons. Good luck and if you find any new combinations, send it to the crowd.

Well today I went and bought my organic veggies. I had my first drink this afternoon and I feared how it would taste. But to my surprise it was very good.
I had 2 large carrots, 1 large celery stalk, 1 granny smith apple, 1/4 lemon wedge & spinach. Clean up time was fast and I look forward to juicing tomorrow. Thanks Lisa & Emily for sharing your recipes with us newbies in the juicing world.
