Just wanted to say hi. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, gone through a complete right side masectomy,& 11 lympnodes taken.(no cancer on the lympnodes) and now going through my second I.V. chemo treatment, today, with 6 more to go that will last till November 19th. Then I go on the chemo pill. I've been looking for a "family" discussion group ever since i found out I had cancer. I ran across this one by accident, & after reading most of the messages posted I felt like I had finally found the group I've been looking. My pardner & I have been together for 6 yrs.. We've survived a lot of rough time in the past, but I think this is the big test of our love for eachother. So far, so good, on, what I think is gonna be the longest journey of tests that me & my beautiful woman will ever go through. She's always seen me as the tough, independent one. Lately she's been seeing a different person. Now I depend on her for support & help ever since the day she seen me laying in that recovery bed, after my biopsy. I'm so thankful I've got her by my side. smile
As for the lesbian chat room I think its a great idea. We definitly need a place for us to be able to talk.
Have to get ready to go to the doctor.
Take care everyone,
Niece
