I just found out this week that a friend of mine has had a recurrence of her breast cancer. She was diagnosed about 2 yrs before me and is really the first person I knew personally to be diagnosed with breast cancer. She is a very informed lady and in addition to standard therapy also did some alternative treatments. She has been so positive over the last 4 yrs since diagnosis. Now she has mets to lung, liver and diaphragm. Please remember her in your prayers.

Hello, Prayers are on their way! I too have a friend who has had recent metastasis and she was diagnosed after me. Initally I felt guilty that I am healthy now and she has had a recurrance and then I felt afraid that I might be next. I realize that we do not have to know the reasons for anything, but we are to trust that we will be given what we need as we need it. I know that what I can do for her is to pray for strength and courage for her and offer to be there whenever she needs a friend. Your friend is lucky to have you with her as she goes through this very tough time. My prayers are for her and you as well! Nan

Prayers for your friend, there is power in prayer.
Post a note at www.urcctc.com we have some really great prayer warriers there, and we put out a prayer list every Tuesday so we can pray for those in need all week.
God bless you and your friend.

You and your friend are in my prayers. I'm just finishing my chemo from a recurrence from five years ago. We all have more strength than we realize, and we all have more support, prayers and good thoughts coming our way than we realize. We have NO OTHER OPTION than to keep on fighting.
