Have been in chemo for last few months; am now starting chemo using 'Eloxatin' - wd like to hear from anybody who has been treated with eloxatin. Thanks. |

My husband is being treated with 5FU, leucovorin, as well as Eloxatin. He was warned he would feel hyper sensitive to cold and they were right! He couldn't open the fridge, walk on the tile barefooted, or drink even room temp water for several days. The side effects were most intense for the first 2-3 days but didn't completely dissipate for about a week.

I just got my first dose and yes I am either quite chilled or sweaty hot. keep warm and well.
