Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know I had my first chemo treatment yesterday, CMF protocol and must say it is much easier to tolerate then my last chemo in 98, I had CAF then.I had kept a journal and asked this time for ZOFRAN in the IV and to take at home, also they put in 10mg of Decadron which seems to help a lot. Main side effect, headache, some other aches, very little nausea NO vomiting. Thought I pass this info on. Doing fine. Thanks for listening. This site has been wonderful. Love you all.
Emmi

Hi Emmi...so glad to hear they are helping you get through your chemo enough to make it tolerable. Remember, chemo will eventually end, and you WILL have your life back. I'll say some prayers for you! God bless, Cyndi
