pray for my brother

I know maybe I'm writing this in the wrong area, I had breast cancer 6yrs ago & this is my first time to talk about it to people who knows what I'm going through. I'm writing about my brother he was diagnose with cancer of the vocal cords 2 had cancer.They going to do 7wks radiation on him, he is so scared.Our parents both died of cancer our dad with pacreatic cancer I know I didn't spell it right .Our Mom with lung cancer.I'm the youngest of 5 brotheres & sisters .I got it 6yrs ago of the breast now my brother he is next to the youngest & he got it of the vocal cords we still don't know how bad yet they will do a cat scan on him & they going to see if it hit the lymph nodes.If you read this please pray for him he is so scared & I'm trying my best to be strong for him like he was for me.Its my turn to be there for himI pray that the Sweet Lord Jesus just take it from him but it is all in Our Lord's will thanks for listening to a scared sister. cheryl |

Cheryl, when I read your message I stopped to say a prayer for both your brother and you. Hopefully, your example and present state of health will be an encouragement to your brother that he too can do this. Continue to keep your faith in the Lord. Keep us posted on his progress.

thanks for the encouragement, our family has so much history of cancer you wouldn't believe our dad was a baby to 12 kids ,almost all of them died of cancer, they have reunions every year because you never know whose going to be next so when one of us get cancer we get scared thank you cheryl

Thanks a lot this is so hard because this is no4 out of 7 both our parents are dead & he is so scared.I told him to think positive not to think negative .When I see him he looks at me because he was always there to protect me & I believe he's scared of whats going to happen to me .I told him when our parents die there was hard to heal cancer but with the research now we are the new generation we are going to live thank you gayle for your prayers & concerns love in our LORD JESUS CHRIST CHERYL

I'm sorry to hear about your brother. I know he is scared. Try and tell him to be positive. I believe that prayer can heal. The Lord is the true healer of all things. Hang in there. My prayers are with you. Nelda

I am so sorry to hear of your brothers battle. I am also sorry to hear of the loss of your parents. You have been through allot. I too came to this site to talk to others like myself. Unlike you I was
